
Sentoku Sake uses rice from the Takachiho Region and underground water from the Gokase River, to bring about a rich, full-bodied sake (a Japanese alcoholic beverage made from rice). At the "Hana-Kagura Hall" you can taste sake varieties, and local speciality products are also available.

Hideji Beer presents a lively, 100% malt, additive free beer, with a rich flavour. The beer is not thermally treated, and uses natural mineral water. At the sake brewery situated at the foot of Mt.Mukabaki, you can see the manufacturing process of local beer, along with a spectacular view of the mountain and its surroundings. (Bookings necessary).
