Hideji Beer presents a lively, 100% malt, additive free beer, with a rich flavour. The beer is not thermally treated, and uses natural mineral water. At the sake brewery situated at the foot of Mt.Mukabaki, you can see the manufacturing process of local beer, along with a spectacular view of the mountain and its surroundings.
